Ghost Rape

Maybe she opened herself up psychically enough that some sort of negative entity was able to manipulate her body. Either that or the husband brainwashed her and/or forced her to say it was a ghost when in fact he might have raped her.

I definitely know that negative oriented ETs have done physical harm such as rape and testing/probing to those people who were open to it.
