Hypothyroidism and high blood pressure

I have been taking bp medicine and synthroid since my late twenties. My tsh fluctuates with dosage and has never been normal - either high or low. Recently, I found that my vitamin d and b12 levels are low too. Has anybody else faced issues like above ? What to make of it? Surprised to see this in my age group - mid thirties now. is this uncommon? Any inputs appreciated. Thanks.
