I have been told that certain foods, like orange juice and wheat bread, and some sweetners and some pain relievers can interact negatively with thyroid medications. I can't find anything about this. I was told calcium should be taken 4 hours before or after thyroid meds and I'm a little confused. I need help.

I did read a study which showed that aspirin can interfere with thyroid levels, but not ibuprofen.
