    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Hi

I had my thyroid removed a few years ago an although I am a lot more calmer. I have put on load of weight going from 10 half stone to 14
and cannot seem to shift it although i go to the gym regularly. I have
been looking at the leptiburn tablets but because i am synica i wonder i they would suit us. There are some good books out there by Mark
Starr. He wrote the Hypothyroidsm type 2 book. I am going to
have a look at the effects of Leptin on the metabolism of someone like
us and see if it could help. Sorry i'm a bit jumpy but it's hard to
concentrate on one topic as there are so many. Will get back soon.

    Blessings to you to.
