I had my thyroid removed a few years ago an although I am a lot more calmer. I have put on load of weight going from 10 half stone to 14
and cannot seem to shift it although i go to the gym regularly. I have
been looking at the leptiburn tablets but because i am synica i wonder i they would suit us. There are some good books out there by Mark
Starr. He wrote the Hypothyroidsm type 2 book. I am going to
have a look at the effects of Leptin on the metabolism of someone like
us and see if it could help. Sorry i'm a bit jumpy but it's hard to
concentrate on one topic as there are so many. Will get back soon.
