hypoT type 2?

I have many symptoms that I thought may be related to hypoT, however T panel came back normal. FT3 2.95, FT4 1.64 and TSH 1.01 while It's good to be normal...I still have many symptoms unexplained. I've read some doctors believe that type 2 HypoT might be a normal T panel while still presenting many of the symptoms. Is there anything to this and if so how is it diagnosed? Symptoms that led me to explore T issues include high cholesterol, mild anxiety, low energy (lazy butt syndrome), low basal temp (96.9 avg) and low waking heart rate (48 bpm avg) too name a few.
