    Hello all!

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's four years ago and have been struggling with mood problems ever since.

I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder about 2 months ago and I am already starting to see the benefits of treatment.

Parents of kids with Hashimotos and Patients alike-

watch out for mood disorders. based on my internet research (reliable, i know ) I have found a lot about mood disorders being connected with Hashimoto's!

Just keep that in the back of your mind.

Being aware of this will really save time down the road if mood problems do exist in your experience with thyroid disease!

    Thanks for reading

I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism about three years ago and was hospitalized a year later to find that I have bi-polar disorder as well as Hashimotos bordering Graves.

Could you please recommend any articles regarding Hashimoto's and Bi-Polar disorder's relation?
    Thanks!
