Oh and i had all the symptoms of pregnancy the cramping without bleeding the nipple sensitivity gas i only got sick twice though. Can anyone help me?

Hello Pookiebutt1220 and welcome!

While you cannot have a true period during pregnancy, you can have bleeding that mimics a period during pregnancy. If you think you might be, a Home Pregnancy Test is 97% accurate. Even if you're still bleeding, that won't change the results. Do be sure to use First Morning Urine (FMU) if the test requests it.

well hello again and thank you for your reply i regretfuly have to inform you that last night at 2:32am i found out i was 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant and lost a set of twins i am trying to cope the best way I know how alot of tears and pain but with understanding that God Knows Best and he will bless me and my husband with children when our time is right.
