Clomid for Men

If his sperm count hasn'nt improved drastically the urologist confimed he would be putting my husband on clomid. So I'm just wondering if anyone or anyones men have been put on clomid and it worked and if so how long did it take? Thankyou for any advice!

Don't know about Clomid (my husband hasn't scheduled his appt with the urologist yet, but we know there's a low sperm count from previous tests) - but a new fertility group we're working with recommended trying FertilityBlend for Men. It's a vitamin supplement (we got his first bottle at a GNC store (cost around $40), the second we ordered off Drugstore.com (for $30)). It claims to have a positive effect on sperm counts (Since we just started - I can't attest to this yet). It's supposed to help with some key items (selenium, zinc, and another item I can't remember). Just wanted to pass along what we're just now trying.

in combination with Clomid he can take GNC MEGA MAN. Which I paid about 20 and some change for. It has all the nutrients required to have a positive effect on sperm. A few ladies on these boards have conceived after their DH (Dear Husband) began taking the vitamin.

My DH is taking them for a little over two months and we are gearing up for our first IUI next weekend. His count for the last S/A (sperm analysis) was 12 milliliter per million after the sperm wash. Which is a good number for IUI. I am hoping with the IUI coming up, that his numbers have improved slightly. This will give us hope in the future of conceiving naturally if his sperm count increases while taking the vitamin. Also, giving us that BFP (Big Fat Postive) test confirming a pregnancy.
