First off I'm going to start off by saying It's nice knowing when you're not alone in a situation and I love this group and hearing everyones stories. It gives me hope. Okay, well here is my short story and ? My husband and I have been ttc for 20mths now. Before I started seeing my fertility specialist my regular gynocologist had prescibed me clomid and after 3 mths when it did'nt work we decided it was time to start seeing a fertility specialist and look deeper into what could be our problem. Well in the past 8 mths while seeing our fertility specialist my husband has done 2 sperm analysis (2nd one we're awaiting results for). The 1st anlysis came back showing he had very low sperm count and a possible prostate infection so the urologist put my husband on antibiotics and ordered another sperm analysis after 3 mths, which was 2 weeks ago. If his sperm analysis comes back without a drastic improve in his sperm count the urologist will be putting him on clomid. So my ?? is has anyone or anyones significant other (male) even been put on clomid and did it help and how long did it take to work?? Any input on this dicussion will be deeply appriciated and good luck to everyone ttc!
