    so it's more like a helpful tip for all including me.i just told my partner that i am quiting smoking,and he needs to stop chewing.sometimes we think oh thts not for me ive been somking forever or just about a can;t happen to me but what if it was just tht one little thing holding us all im making tht big step i hvnt smoked forever alittle over a year due to stree,work,and just life.but now i want something more than life and smoking now i want another baby so i have to be determined to stop no matter what and stay maybe that's what we all need to do maybe it's not smokes,maybe it's wine,beer,or caffine,or coffee,ect .whatever it is we say were serous and we want it but how bad do we want it? I know how bad i want it.

    Dear newlife27, hello and thank you for posting this! You'll be interested in this article, Improve Your Chances of Getting Pregnant . Among other things, it says "In one study published in the journal Fertility and Sterility, doctors found that men who stopped smoking experienced a rise in sperm count of up to 800%!"
