me and my fiance have been trying to get pregnant for about 7 months now and still nothing.. ive read on here when the right days are to try and concieve and looked up articles and everything. its got me so stressed out & it hurts me so bad to where i make myself sick over it and do nothing but cry. my fiance is paralized from chest down and we don't know for sure if we are even going to be able to have kids .. what can i do to get pregnant? this is killing me!

Sorry that your TTC journey has been so long and so full of heartache. It is a very frustrating time, and full of mourning each month that our dreams do not come true.


If I were you, I would look into going to an RE (Reproductive Endocronoligist) and get tested to make sure that both of you are even able to have children. They test your ovaries and his sperm count and mobility. Afterwards, they will probably look into an IUI, which I am assuming may be your best bet at this point. GOOD LUCK!
