I am a 29-year old woman whose husband is 37, there are no fertility problems on either side of our seperate families, in fact on my father's side there are faternal twins and my own mother had 3 children and was pregnant 5 times. As far as I know I have never been pregnant and have been trying for 4 months to get pregnant using ovulation strips. Still nothing!!!!! It's breaking my heart each month I have my period. Does the fact that I have never been pregnant mean I can't get pregnant. I am overweight by about 35 pounds, however recently in the last two months I have lost five pounds and been going to a gym with regular strength training and cardio 3-4 times a week. I am low income and can't afford fertility treatment if it comes to that. Does anyone, have any suggestions on how I can improve my fertility and my chances of becoming pregnant. I feel a lot of pressure to get pregnant right away and am devestated that it has not happened yet. Please help!!!!
