Still Trying.
Cjhulett posted:
I am Charlotte. I had a miscarriage in August, and have been trying since September. I know that is barely 6 months, BUT I feel that the failed pregnancy added time on to it and made the struggle so much more difficult. I have read so many websites, books, tips and used so many predictors I am ready to explode. It being so long with no luck has made me worry my we may be infertile. I also honestly believed I was pregnant for 2 months, and I missed my period completely. I am late on my period once again, but again home pregnancy tests say I am not pregnant. It is getting very frustrating, and my husband is in the Military so our primary care physician is a Nurse practitioner, who seems to not know what he is talking about. I want to see a Fertility specialist, but I have been told to "Keep trying, and not stress" which seems impossible, but I am making an honest effort. I have been told to wait to see a specialist because I am 20 and my husband is 21. I have fairly regular periods (When I am not stressing myself out) and we have already conceived one child. I have changed my diet, began a light exercise regimen, lost a few pounds so far and do not drink or smoke. I don't know what else I can do.
