My update: CD#41,I thought AF was going to show up last week,I had all the symptoms, cramping and spotting but for some reason the spotting stopped and there is no more cramping.I tested and it was a BFN.So,no idea what's going on with my body right now.
I do have some good news at least I think so.We've decided that if nothing happens until next summer we are going to try IVF. I have been in touch with the IVF Dr. back home, emailing back and forth and he thinks that after all the tests that I've done there is a great possibility that our problem is mismatched chromosomes or follicular/ovary dysfunction.Either way,he thinks that IVF is the right choice b/c they'll check the eggs and the sperm to make sure that they are good and the chromosomes match. He actually takes the time to email everytime I have a question which is great, there is no way that doctors here would do that for free.Sorry for the long update.
My update: 15 days late (CD46). What I thought was a bfp the other day I am now convinced was just an evap line. I haven't been able to get a bfp since, but still no signs of AF whatsoever. I usually have 30 day cycles, the most I have been off has been 4 days. So I probably won't have an update until after my dr appointment on Aug 10. I'm starting to get really worried and really bummed, but trying not to stress too much.
I just want answers. My update- CD29, 2 days late tested this morning but got a BFN so I don't know what to think. Never had something like this happen before always was able to test on the day AF was late and got a positive. I can't ever remember being late and not getting a positive. Oh well just waiting it out!
perry147:Sorry you got a BFN too,are you going to test again?
As for me I used to have long cycles but last year they started to get shorter. What I don't understand is that I ovulated 3 weeks ago and usually AF shows up two weeks after I ovulate even when my cycles are longer.I am just going to wait and see I guess. Hopefully we all have an answer soon.
B- good luck on this cycle!
Perry, Ani & Britt- I'm so sorry ladies that it's taking you guys longer than you would of hoped to find out if you are indeed pregnant or not..isn't it just like irony to make a cycle longer and make us wonder that way..I hope you all get the good news you all are waiting for and then we will have triple the joy to celebrate around here!! Baby dust to all three

Ani- I am hoping that you will not need the IVF treatments next year but it is great to know that that option is available to you guys and that you seem to have an amazing Dr. to follow you through this process..but like I said I will send you GL vibes for this cycle instead (fingers crossed)!!
Britt- I'm so sorry that you have to go through this emotional roller coaster and still not know for sure..the second (almost positive) test you took (the one with the edge of the positive result line) that is the way my HPT turned out with my very first pregnancy..and weirdly enough the line was wavy..I certainly didn't think it counted as a BFP but upon getting a UA done at the Dr's I was very pregnant..so maybe the other BFN's afterwards were just because the tests weren't as sensitive..I am crossing fingers and toes for you girl..KUP and GL!!
Perry- Baby dust and crossing of everything there is to cross.. I am hoping and praying for you!!
B- O vibes for you this week girl..GL this cycle and baby dust too!!
My update: Well there really isn't much of one..I am not actively trying anymore but this cycle I have been using the last of my OPK's but I really didn't have enough to go the whole lenght I would of needed so I never got a positive..felt some O pains and say a little spotting but I don't think it could of been related as I find it was a little too early in my cycle for it..we have BD during my fertile window so who knows..maybe I will get lucky some month hihi

Also, can you ladies believe that it's already August tomorrow!??!
Pray- Am always thinking of you and am sending you O vibes and O signs vibes for your cycle this month

Have a good week ladies..
So, I tried to get on and post yesterday, but WebMD was not letting me find this community. I used to get it off the Pregnancy and parenting tab, then that went away so I'd just do a search and yesterday it was not finding this community (and I usually post at work shhhhh...so I cant put it on my favorites). Frustrating! Anyway...
Ani, Britt and Perry: so strange that you are all waiting so patiently with no answers. That is so weird that you all are late with no BFP! I hope you all get news soon and its good news!!
Basteach: Sending you O vibes. Good luck!
Vybe: Hoping everything is going well for you! I know you are not actively trying but I hope your business is working out as planned and that get everything you wish for

My update (and just a warning, its a long story..sorry) CD #24--I'm expecting about a 31 oe 32 day cycle based on when I think I noticed some O signs. Thought I'd be TTC again next cycle but heres the story: Went back to the RE, he has not really found much of an answer to the 3 m/c for me. He wants me to take extra folic acid and a baby aspirin every day. I started that. Then he wants me to use a fretility drug called Letrozole (Femara). Has anyone used this? I would love feedback since I felt like he shooed me out of his office before I could really understand everything. It is a breast cancer medication that causes birth defects if taken during pregnancy. However it can help women ovulate regularly and get pregnant if taken before getting pregnant. I'm not sure I like this but he says it is perfectly safe?! Plus I would be doing progesterone supposotories around and after ovulation and he would be monotoring my ovulation by ultrasound to give the medicine (letrozole) at the right time and not give it once pregnant--which would mean that I'd have to be in his office a few times right around ovulation--which is when we will be on vacation! So I cant do it this month! So do I prevent pregnancy another month (which is extremely upsetting)? Wait and take this drug? Or try on our own with the folic acid and baby aspirin and hope that is all it takes to get a sticky baby? I'm so furstrated and confused. I would love any feedback! Thanks for reading

Michelle- I don't understand why he's putting you on meds to help you ovulate, you are getting preg just not staying preg??? Right? Did he say why progesterone before you get preg? I was only on progesterone once because my numbers where 9.1 a gray area but I m/c anyway. Is there also a reason why he is putting you on progesterone suppositories instead of oral progesterone? I'm not familiar with femera but I do take a high dose of folic acid (4000 mcg a day) and 2 baby aspirin because of the mthfr carriers I have. MTHFR can cause miscarriages so that's why I take the folic acid and baby aspirin before and then I have to be on lovenox when I have a hpt. The only other drugs I'm familiar with are follisten and menophur. Sorry I can't be of more help. I know if I have any questions I call the nurse and she can either answer then or she finds out for me. Maybe you can talk to his nurse?? I also don't get charged if I call the nurse, Hope some of this helps.
Mini update- CD31 tested again still BFN but also no AF or any sign of her. TMI ----Only strange thing is I seem to have this clear discharge which I have no idea what is causing this. Tried to look it up but have not had any luck, any suggestions??
Michelle: I agree with perry,I have no idea why he would tell you to start femara, you ovulate just fine. You have gotten pregnant three times.I have read about letrazole and it does cause birth defects if you are not careful with it.I know this b/c my best friend just used letrazole for her IVF but she doesn't ovulate regularly and she is in pre-menopause.Her Dr. didn't want to prescribe it but b/c of her not ovulating that was the best choice. While on letrazole she went in to see the Dr. everyday.
Progesterone is great while used around the time you ovulate and after b/c it helps the embryo stick. I just talked to an IVF specialist and he told me that's what I need to do since I had low levels of progesterone during my last pregnancy.I hope that was helpful.
perry; I have no idea what's going on with both of us b/c I am having the same problem.I had clear cm last week too.I called the Dr.'s office and they told me to start using progesterone b/c it helps jump start AF, for luck of better words..Even if there is a chance that I am pregnant progesterone doesn't cause any problems. So,we'll see.I'll keep you guys posted.
I'm 18 days late today and got another BFN this morning. I've been searching for info and I keep coming across a lot of stories about women who didn't get a positive test until they were very very late (4-6 weeks late). A few even showed a neg blood test and their dr thought they were nuts, then a week or two later they got a positive hpt and ended up being 10 weeks pregnant. I'm saving my last test for the day before my appointment since I will be 25 days late by then. I'm expecting a negative test at my apt and am really really hoping he will skip the blood test and just schedule an ultrasound.
Brittanie- Where any comments made what causes this or if they had a m/c because of such low numbers? I have never experienced anything like this before.
Ani- How long did the cm last because I had it days before AF was due and still have it and I have occasional cramping but still no AF.
Good Luck ladies
In Oct. of 2010 I was way late also ( 2weeks) and I was getting some conflicting HPT's result..most were BFN's but one was a BFP and it was a dark result too..then I tested w/ a digital w/ conception weeks because I simply had no clue how far along I would have been and that test was a BFN..I didn't know what to think so I went on in to my OB and he sent me for a UA and as I was giving him the UA I noticed I had started to bleed..the results of that UA were BFN but he still took blood work to be certain and sent me home..I had my AF which was slightly heavier than normal and after about a week he called me back w/ the results that it was a BFP but the numbers were dangerously low for the amount of weeks I should have been..after talking w/ him we concluded that since I had had AF and since it had been a little heavier then I probably had a missed m/c..from rechecking the beta's it was confirmed that that is what had happened..
I truly hope that none of you are in this situation right now but the more time goes by the more we have to wonder what is holding up you cycles ladies? More baby dust, fingers crossed and good luck vibes sent to all of you..I hope, I pray and I dream that it all turns out positively for all of you..please KUP

Perry..my daycare is going excellent..I started off slow to get used to it but today I completed my child search..I am now running at full capacity (4 kids my own) and I am so happy I jumped in to do this..the only thing missing now is my very own BFP but for now I am truly happy w/ my life..

Perry, Britt & Ani: I hope you all get some answers soon
Sometimes I get some clear CM right before AF comes but they also say that can be caused by pregnancy too--the lining of the uterus thickening.See Related Trying to Conceive Communities
