jenboo- So sorry for your loss ((hugs))
I agree that there should be testing done when there is a loss, if for no other reason to at least find out if it was a genetic or hormonal problem so that they might be able to try to prevent things from reoccurring the next time..
I read your story and find myself wondering the same thing about my newly discovered pregnancy..
I am currently 5w4d and this is my third pregnancy in 15 months, the other two ending in m/c (respectively at 6w and 8w)..I confirmed this new one last Saturday and started to feel some slight symptoms on Sunday (constipation, slightly sore breast and nipples, slight back cramps and more frequent urination) but since Wednesday all of my symptoms have fallen away and have yet to return..with my last two losses I remember being almost symptom free for most of the time I was pregnant..
I read up online that the presence of morning sickness and other symptoms reduces the risk of m/c by almost 70%..
What's worse is that I have an OB who will see me only when I am pregnant and not until the 10th week..since I have had two losses in less than a year they set up my first appt. for 8 weeks but until then I have only the ER to go through if I feel I should get things checked out..
For the past 48 hrs, I've had a bad anxiety driven scared feeling in my stomach that I just can't seem to shake..it has literally made me incapable of sleeping my full nights and it is affecting my days also..
I am trying to not go to the ER because it unfortunately reminds me too much of the last two losses..I'm trying to ride things out until Nov. 6th..
Has anyone known or been through a pregnancy that was relatively symptom free and still went on to deliver a helathy LO?
