So I haven't posted in a super long time but I do check in from time to time. I do have a huge update for all you lovely ladies...my DH and I are the proud foster parents ( and plan to be forever parents) to 2 beautiful little girls that are 2 1/2 and 14 months. They are sisters and are absolute dolls! We got a phone call on February 5th with some of there info and had them do an overnight visit with us that weekend. Monday we called the agency to let them know we had a great weekend and they asked if we could take them on the 13th of February. So we picked them up the evening of the 13th and it has been a whirlwind of fun and learning. We are awaiting the verdict of the termination of rights hearing that was on valentines day. Just wanted to fill you ladies in. Feel free to ask questions. I will keep checking on you and will update from time to time. Hugs and baby dust to all of you.

So happy for you Kristin! Fingers crossed for you that all falls into place for them to become permanently yours..they say it takes a great heart to become adoptive parents and I believe that...there is no tougher job than parenting and to take on that role for someone who couldn't do it is such a labor of love...I tilt my hat to you and your hubby Kristin for if not for people as willing and loving as you these kids would have no one..
