My husband and i are trying to get pregnant and ive been reading how the semen and the actual sperm seperate after being ejaculated, and how the semen part comes out of you. Well, my question is this, what if very little to none comes out, the last time i had sex i noticed that only a nickle size amount had came out, compared to what seemed like1/4 of a cup. could my chances of being pregnant increase now?
