Pregnant or way way too hopeful?

Hi guys, new to the group. Have just been ttc a few mths now. I have PCOS and 1 blocked fallopian tube so crossing fingers and hoping for best.
For the past few days I have been having some serious nipple tenderness. It's really bad, can't even let water from the shower touch them. I am wondering (and hoping) if I may be pregnant. Could I be? When can I take a HPT? I am wondering if I could be getting symptoms this early b/c if I am pregnant I would just be like 2 weeks along. Am I being way too hopeful here?
