So confused...please help!

So in May of this year I had my IUD removed (after having it for almost 3 years) because I had pregnancy symptoms and had a blood test done and negative. 6 days later had a very heavy and painful monthly that lasted about 6 days. So June comes around and I miss my period. I take a test and still negative (all the while still have pregnancy symptoms). 2 weeks later I had a very light and brief bleeding that lasted 1 1/2 days. Took another test and still negative. I still have the symptoms and even my belly has gotten a little bigger and is very uncomfortable when I lay on my back or belly. It is also hard. I am so confused and don't know what to think and have been considering going to see my OB/GYN. Suggestions?

I would go to your OB/GYN if this has continued even if you are having a negative at home pregnancy test it is possible you are pregnant or something else is going on so yes go see your OB/GYN
