Keep track of your cycles. I have an app on my phone called Woman Log, & you enter in when your period starts & ends & it keeps track of it for you & calculates when you are most fertile & when you should ovulate. You can also chart your tempuratures & CM(cervical mucous) & I found a great site to give you step by step instructions on how to do that & you can chart right on the site. It's www.fertilityfriend.com . Also OPKs (Ovulation Prediction Kits) help determine when ovulation is going to occur.

Good luck!!
