    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

I wanted to thank you for posting on the PCOS community board. Like you suggested, I didn't even know this one was here.

I have been ttc for a little over 2 years now and am on cd8, just finished my last dose of Femara last night. I have my midcycle u/s next Wednesday. If everything looks good and there is at least one follicle of the right size my RE is going to trigger me with Ovidrel. I was just wondering if anyone has use the Femara before and if they got any follicles from doing it?

Welcome to the board!!!!! So happy you posted! We are small here, but trying to grow. I haven't tried Femara yet, but it may be in my future. Just took Clomid for the first time this cycle, but didn't respond well. We were planning a IUI with trigger shot. I hope the Femara works great and you see a big follicle or two. Please keep us posted as the cycle goes and again so excited you found us!

Yes Thank you for putting that post up with the link to this community! It is great to talk to other ladies who are dealing with the same things. I haven't tried Femara yet either. I found out a little over a year ago that I have PCOS. Since then, I have been TTC but with no luck. They also discovered I have a bicornuate uterus. I just got done on a round of prometrium and finally started my period. Just went in for a follicle scan today to make sure there aren't any big cysts so I can start Clomid. I got lucky! Only small cysts...so I'm starting Clomid for the first time on Sunday! Praying for you girls!

Oh, yay! I'm so happy you posted. I just thought it would be good to have a board that mainly just deals with ttc with PCOS. It is so frustrating and I feel like I have no control over PCOS. It is so healing to talk with others that are going through the very same things. I'm so glad you were cleared for Clomid. Wishing you lots of luck with it! I look forward to chatting with you.
