I am having the same symptoms, I have had a constant dull pain, that is kind of like cramps, for about 3 days now. I've heard that its normal, but I just found out that i'm pregnant with twins last week and havent had a chance to talk to my doctor about it

Special Support Designed for Pregnant Woman Carrying Twins Helps Ease Pain

If you're expecting twins, it might not be a bad idea to get a safe, non-narcotic topical pain reliever like Biofreeze ready to go, and use the topical pain reliever to supplement the relief brought on by a maternity support designed especially for women pregnant with twins. One of these is known as a "Best Cradle". Essentially, it's a version of the Prenatal Cradle, only it has a lot more stretch and a greater range of adjustment, allowing for a woman pregnant with twins to expand far more than would fit into a standard maternity support designed for en expecting mom carrying only a single baby. See below for a picture of a one of these maternity supports for twins below. A page with more information on the supports is here: http://www.eganmedical.com/Best-Cradle-Ultimate-Pregnancy-Support-p/ormt-bc01.htm
