There is no such thing as pain that's "okay" in your testicles. Waiting for a month is silly, whereas seeing a specialist is not. If they didn't even do an ultrasound to look for something they might not be able to feel, then they were incomplete.
That said, the pain may not be originating in your testes. It may be from another area, as internal pain often sends false location signals due to its extreme nature. There could be prostate stones, an infection, or even a parasite (especially since you mention the tingling in your crannies). Don't leave your regular doctor out of the picture, but do find out the cause sooner rather than later. And with the tingling sensation you report in those areas, do check for parasites.
I would not drop this, nor would I accept that you have continuing pain with your left testicle. Keep bothering your doctors until they find out what's going on.
What I find odd is that your urologist would not have been the one to manually check the physical anatomy of your scrotum, and that the tech was the one guiding you.
another thing i noticed is a really small bump/bubble? at the bottom of my left testy appears and dissapears its small like the point of a bic pen, it sticks out farther than how big around it is, it also is soar, but it comes and goes. its not that hard either, weird huh? and the harder bumps i mentioned seem to be smaller first thing in the morning but the hard spots always seem to be hard
Do not take an antibiotic unless you have been diagnosed with an actual infection. Always determine the source of the problem before throwing treatments at it. Continue to pursue with a visit to your internist (general doctor).
