My husband had a kidney stone removed the 30th of November and now he has what they said was a Pseudomas Aeruginosa Infection and can only be treated by IV antibiotics for 5 to 7 days. I have 2 questions is that just a typical UTI or is it a infection caused from having kidney stones removed?

That's a question for your doctor. But "typical" UTIs are (80%) caused by e.coli bacteria. Prompt treatment is essential, as this infection can be fatal.
