Hi,after I ejaculated and I found that one of my penis vein on my right was visible and bulged a bit...When I pressed my vein which was on the most top on the right my penis,it was slightly pain but if I do not put any force,it is not pain.Should I just leave it to heal on its own?

It sounds like you may have too roughly handled your penis, and you may have a little bit of inflammation. Please leave it alone for a few days (no more irritation like sex or masturbation), and see if it goes away by itself. You don't want to make it worse and turn into something that lasts for weeks. Note that your penis is a delicate organ although you may treat it as if it were wood or steel.

Thanks!I also noticed that I can't have an erection...If I leave it,will everything turn back to normal?

If you're unable to achieve an erection, that's a different issue and should be seen by a urologist. While pain or anxiety can lead to erection issues, you should still be checked.
