I may have to have a prostate biopsy in the next few weeks. From start to finish, what is involved. Can it be done in the doctor's office or is a clinic/hospital in my future? Any info will be appreciated.

The explanation is very long, and you should have this conversation with your urologist who is obligated to describe all the risks, options, after-care, and procedural aspects of the proposed biopsy. Never agree to a procedure you have not fully discussed with your doctor.
