Varicocele post Orchiectomy - any experience w/ soultion?

It's appear that my body developed a varicocele on the other side post RPLND, it only showed up after the Orchiectomy [br>As I'm on surveillance protocol, On the last CT the varicocele around the ingunal canal increased up to 8mm (previous CT 4.8 mm)[br>[br>Is anyone had experience on how he solved this painful issue? please advice,[br>[br>

If a varicocele has become painful, it needs to be surgically corrected.
