I Have a fair amount of issues here so my post in long in length...About 3 years ago I was diagnosed with Chlamydia after I went to the doctors for an arthritis type swelling and pain in my foot. this is only where the problem began. I was treated with antibiotics and I thought everything was fine. About a year later I started having weak flow urinating and sometimes some discomfort in the inside of my penis. along with that it seems to have lost all inflation(for lack of a better word) in the bottom of my penis...it has not gotten better.
also around this time i began having some itching issues, i thought at first it was because i was living in a warm climate but thats not the case. A little while later I noticed a bump on my scrotum. I went to my primary care doctor and was examined. I dont know if it was because it was flesh colored or becasue it didnt seem as bad that day but the dr didnt notice anything. The doctors keep saying its nothing serious but really they have no clue because thats what they said before i was diagnosed with chylmidia or GERD.
just to be safe I had another STD test and it was clear... after a few months more appeared small mostly flesh colored and a few black ones..and a few tiny ones on the tip of my penis. After doing some research it seemed obvious I had HPV even though I have not been sexually active. I have not seeked treatment because there really isnt anythign they can do and obviously wont ever be sexually active again. I was asymptomatic for a long and i infected my girlfriend without my knowledge, obviously i felt awful and we broke up not long after. I only backtrack with that to show how far its effecting my life. along with this I have had unexplained gastro issues for 3 years and seen many a specialist who tells me its only GERD.I get terrible nausea and have such terrible epiagastric pain i have to go to the ER. This has absolutely ruined my life. I feel guilt shame hopelessness and loneliness but worse I have this terrible feeling something is still wrong and its gettign worse with out treatment. Im not worried about the sexual aspects as im fairly certain its hpv so i will be alone for the rest of my life. i just really dont want it to develope into something worse both my stomach and my penis. I have poor circulation so I thought that might be the problem with the flatness but its very noticable and i think it could be more serious.I am 26 years old and have only had 4 partners. I no longer have insurance and im in debt from doctors who have given me no answers. Whenever I see any doctor i tell them all of this and they look at me dumbfounded, though i have not seen a urologist.
.thanks for the patience, Now for my questions:

Is my penis becoming flat from masturbation( i do not do it often as this has scarred me mentally and i am rarely aroused)?

Why has my flow decreased so much?

is there a treatment for a flattened penis, preferrably non surgical?

My insurance ran out and now I am hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt just from the gastro specialist as well as losing my girlfriend and being alone since, can stress be part of the issue?

what general advice can you give for someone who clearly doesnt know medicine but thinks something is very wrong?

does any of this indicate cancer? have a family history of prostate cancer

Id just like to know what i can do to be proactive so i dont continue to ruin whats left of my life any and all information would be greatly appreciated because im so lost!

thank you

First, no, there is no relationship between cancer and any of the symptoms you are describing. Prostate cancer doesn't occur in 26 year olds, and it also doesn't change the shape of your penis or urine flow.

GERD is unrelated to any STD.

There are about 120 varieties of HPV, and only some of them are dangerous. There are suppression treatments that are may make it so you never see an outbreak after you are initially treated by a urologist to have any warts removed. You may check out ProCerv HP which although originally targeted for women with abnormal PAP smears, can also be a follow-up treatment for men who have had warts removed.

HPV does NOT mean you can't have sex. But you do need to communicate with your sexual partners, and you may choose to use a female condom which covers more area than a male condom. You can read about transmission and prevention in a lot of places.

The shape of your penis has nothing to do with any of the other concerns you have. And in fact, it probably is inconsequential unless it is causing you some physical discomfort. You may not like the way that your penis looks, but unless you're concerned about parading it out for photos, the issue is likely only one of anxiety and not an issue that should concern you much if at all.

The skin lumps you discovered are likely to also be unrelated to the other symptoms you have reported, and could easily just be clogged sebaceous glands, ingrown hairs, or small water-filled cysts. Obviously these are just guesses because I'm not the doctor who examined you, but they're not terribly concerning.

Now, I do understand that this SERIES of events has conflated into a very negative experience surrounding your genitalia. And while it's understandable that you have dragged your enthusiasm for sex into the dirt, if taken separately as a series of unfortunate events, any one of these could be addressed and resolved.

Unfortunately I cannot address your concerns about GERD. It is not a subject with which I have any familiarity. It is a completely separate issue from any urologic concern.
