pain in my feet hands and head

Hi I am a 21 year old male I've been having sharp needle like pain in my feet that only hurts when I walk and pain in my wrist like throbing pain and now my head hurts like needles driving into my skull.the pain comes and goes.I play racquetball and that's pretty much it.I also have twitching all over my body in different areas.I think I might have a brain tumor,artoritus,early stage of Parkinson's or worms I'm tired of all of this can anyone help?

Hi,
It sounds like you should see a doctor about that ASAP.
As well, this is the urology forum of WebMD, you should post that in a more relevant part of the forum where you will likely find more assistance. Bottom line though, see a doctor.

I would consider some of your symptoms an emergency situation. I hope that you followed Vik's advice and sought IMMEDIATE medical attention.

Since your description was incomplete, I'm jumping to a possible scenario, which while it might not be accurate, would warrant immediate medical attention.

Aside from that, the urology forum is not a good place to categorize your question.
