I think I may have a bladder infection but it doesnt burn when I pee. I have drops of pee coming out of me into my pants and I cant feel it. does this mean I have a bladder infection? Please comment and let me know thanks.

No. There is no way for you to determine whether you have an infection by yourself. It requires a urine analysis that tries to grow bacteria. It is highly unlikely that you would have a UTI without symptoms of pain.

Urine leakage is not related to infection. Post-void dribbling is a different problem than just urine leakage.

Are you male or female?

What makes you think it is an infection?
