Panic attack issues

I have taken wellbutrin for about 3 yrs and do very well on it. However, I think I may be on the verge of a panic attack. The symptoms are similar to those posted excpet for heart racing. Why am I having problems when I am on meds?

It's possible that your body got used to the wellbutrin and the dose your on isn't enough anymore.
