1st make sure the picture you want to put as your pic is saved onto your computer
2nd click on the 'my acount' next to the sign out
3rd it will say profile picture and show your pic, right above the picture click 'edit'
4th after the page loads click 'browse'
5th find the picture you want to use
6th click on your pic then click open
7th you will see the the typy bar is now full of letters, numbers etc.
8th push the 'upload' button
finally you will have to wait about a day for a mod to accept your pic change and then before you know ir it will show up
