My dad isn't sweat AT ALL anymore. He is overheating and he doesn't know what would cause it. Is there anything he can do or what type of specialist he should see?

Hi lizzierico,

No sweating (Anhidrosis) could be caused by a number of factors. Depending on whether or not your dad is having other symptoms will determine which specialist to see.

If he is having other symptoms/problems, you may want to use WebMD Symptom Checker .

Please talk with his family doctor, if he has no other symptoms he may be referred to a dermatologist (skin doctor). Also, you may also want to re-post your question with our Skin Problems and Treatment Community for more response.

I go to high school. I haven't ever sweat a single drop in my entire life. So what I do, when I'm overheating, I would get into an air-conditioned room, if that doesn't work after a while I would take a cool shower.
P.S. Drink a lot of water!
