Basic metabollic panel test--does it include the liver?
I just had this done and all was ok. I asked the one drawing blood if this test would check the liver function too and she said--'yes'. I don't see it on the printout I just got. Is there something I look for on the test results they sent to see if the liver was tested too? thanks
Here is what is included in a Basic Metabolic Panel . Give your doctor a call if it is not what you expected.
Take care, Olivia
