Vitamins and Cystitis

Having reoccurring issue with cystitis. Been to the doctor 3 times to be tested this year for infection and none has ever been present. Can't figure out the trigger. Was diagnosed with low B-12 at the beginning of the year and have been taking 2,500 miligrams daily ever since. Can too much vitamin B-12 cause cystitis?
