I have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Severe Fibromyalgia, Small Vessel Disease & a syrinx inside my thoracic spinal cord. Recently I have been having the problem of while I try to bend my head downward, at all, I get an electrical shock throughout the upper chest, neck & through both arms. Went to see a doctor about it, and they are just as confused as I am.. Just wanting to find out if there is anyone that can answer just a possibility of what this can be!

I hope you'll keep pursuing answers with your doctors (if your doctor doesn't know, see specialists and/or get a second opinion). In the meantime, try posting on our Pain Management community . While no one online can diagnose you, they may have some ideas to look into.
