Post Menopause with PMS Symptoms

I am 55 years old and in menopause for 20 months. For the past week I am experiencing PMS symptoms: mild cramping one side, clear discharge and tender, swollen breasts. I have not had these symptoms since my periods stopped. I was diagnosed 3 years ago with uterine fibroids. Any idea what could cause these PMS-like symptoms? Thank you.
