    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

    We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

    And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

    What Do You Need to Do?

    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    Losing Posts?

    Please report here each and every time you experience it. The more info we can gather, the more often it's reported, the better WebMD will be able to address the problem(s).

    If you've experiences posting problems, please provide information such as:

  • Browser (eg: Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.)
  • Browser version (look at Help, then About)
  • Operating system (eg: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Apple, etc.)
  • How long did it take you to type it up? How long (estimate) did it take from the time you clicked on Reply, to when you clicked to preview and post?
  • Did you use spell check at all?
  • Did you receive any error message? If so, what did it say?
  • Do you use the 'Remember Me' feature?
  • When did you experience this? (what approximate time of day/night, and please share what time zone you're in)
  • what exactly did you see when the post did not post? A board discussion list? A blank page? Something else?

    Any other info you can provide?
