Breast Issues

I'm 28 years old and on and off since I had my daughter over 2 years ago my breasts have been itching at the nipple area but under the skin (feels like it's deep inside). I was originally given a cream and it worked for a bit but then stopped working. It went away for a bit but then about 6-8 months ago came back and now it's horrible. I went to my gyn for my annual and mentioned this. They found discharge and sent it away to be analyzed and that came back ok. I also had my hormone levels checked and was sent for an ultrasound of both breasts. The hormone levels came back ok. My ultrasound showed that my ducts were still open. I was then referred to a breast surgeon. She kept talking about pain and what I could do to help it. I don't have pain and tried numerous times to tell her that but she wouldn't listen. She basically said other than moist heat and stopping lifting (like my daughter, groceries, etc) there was nothing to do. Since I have no pain and she wouldn't listen to that I can't see how this will help. I am making an appointment with another breast surgeon because I am listening to my body that something isn't right here. In the meantime, any thoughts?
