My daughter is a very petit 7 year old. However, she has begun to show similar signs that my sister and I had when we began puberty and still contend with. My sister and I during our regular period become constipated suffer head aches and end up spending one day per month vommiting, having bowel movements and sever cramps. My daughter has not begun her period but is now suffering the head aches, constipation, vommiting every month roughly 2-4 days after my own period has begun. Is there anything I can do to make this easier for her and is this normal?
