My 19 month old grandson has suddenly developed allergies to what appears to be "spring". He constantly rubs his eyes, coughs and seems pretty lethargic. After being outside, he comes in with a rash on his body. My daughter hates to keep pumping drugs in him to manage it, and also does not want to keep him inside everyday with the windows closed. Does anyone have any suggestions to make this child feel more comfortable?
