I am 22yrs I have two kids I currently live with my kids' father. I get alot of panic attacks. Sometimes i am perfectly find and out of nowhere i just get this feeling of crying and i feel i can not breathe, my chest tightens and i get really dizzy. My whole face starts feeling numb, i just want to get up and run to i dont even know where just run. I do not want to go on medication but it seems that as time passes it gets harder for me to control my attacks. I get so scared.

completely understand how you feel. I am 26, no kids, but I have severe anxiety and depression. I to suffer panic attacks out of nowhere. I personally finally found once I feel it coming, I grab my small tablet and my earbuds, put on my music, close my eyes and start deep breaths and clear my head. I concentrate on my breathing and the music. after a while I feel my heart slowing back down. maybe you can try this and hopefully it works. but different things work for different people. I really hope you find your source of calm.

I have tried different things but at the moment of the attack nothing seems to help but crying. I just cry for about 5 min and then i feel very sleepy when I start feeling sleepy that means its going away. Its really hard to control but I really do not want to go into medications, but if they keep getting worst i think i might not have any choice. Thanks for your advice!
