Drug for ocd, depression, and pms

A doctor prescribed gabapentin for anxiety. Took a tiny dose last year and had side effects. I am so frustrated with ocd, depression, and PMS but I don't know if I want to try this or just stick with the supplements. [br>Support would be very appreciated.
