I just had acdf surgery a month ago but I am struggling with how to move ahead. I had to get the surgery due to a work accident and was pretty much a emergency on the spot decision. I had my c5 and c7 removed and had artificial one put in with bone graph and a titanium plate with some skrews. I fell off a roof and landed on my head it is a miracle I am alive. I have a YouTube channel I am also trying to start up documenting my recovery process ID appreciate it if you have it a view and a comment https://youtu.be/9vqY51izF2A

I will be posting here often with questions and feedback
