We ask that you place 'Trigger' in the subject line of posts that might be disturbing to protect those who may be vulnerable.

We want you to get the support you need, but we also ask that you be considerate of the other members here by doing this.

Some triggers might include talking about suicide, self harm, abuse, and religion, please keep this in mind when posting.

    Thank you for understanding,

    1. TRIGGERS?

Well my MAIN ONE is a very sensitive subject, the one that set me off and caused me to BLOW A HEAD GASKET and "GIVE ME THE BI-POLAR" in the first place!

A HORRIBLE ALLIGATION against me by my wife that was trying to get rid of me that prevented me from seeing my children ever again!

Now THAT HURTS!!!! My current wife sometimes asks me why I'm crying and seems to think that it's because I still "care" for the ex, and I'm quickto inform her to relax and that I stopped loving her 5 years BEFORE the divorce ever even took place.

    I MISS MY CHILDREN!!!!

Awhile back I found myself on one of my boards, there were only 2 people there, me and another person.

The person was telling me all kinds of very scary thoughts, cutting, suicide etc. I reached out because I was hoping to provide support.
I know and like the expert on the board and I was hoping I was doing the right thing. The person replied and said she was much better.

My wonderful expert came back and took over.
