Hi, welcome to the board. Is there anything in particular you're having troubles with?? You'll find that this community is filled with loving caring people who are there for each other no matter what. Just watch out for snowy and cookie. They like to cause trouble whenever possible. For example, see post entitled "Boo". You'll see what I mean. They mean well, and are always good for a laugh. Any how, welcome, and anything we can do for you just ask. Oh, the board tends to slow down close to holidays and the week-end, so if you make a post near any of those times, don't be surprised if it takes a few days for someone to answer you. Good luck, and best wishes.

welcome to the board. are you on meds? therapy can also help you deal with this. it isn't always easy and sometimes it takes a while to find the right meds, but it will get better.
