    Meningiomas tumor - benign
    avatar
    rwpeti posted:
I had a brain scan as doc thought I had Trigeminal Neuralgia. Results were negative but a Meningiomas tumor was discovered. It's in a safe area and doc said it was benign. It's about 1/2 inch.

? How do they know it's benign without biopsy? Just by appearance?

    Anyone else have this condition?

Doc said to "have another scan a year from now.

    any comments?

    Thanks, rwp
