Don't think much of brain cancer and all. Just consult doctor and sort this out as soon as possible. It might be migraine.

Is the headache generalized or only occurring in a specific area? I had terrible headaches every night for three years before my brian tumor was diagnosed. Pain was always on the left side of my head. Pain medications helped but only briefly. I, too, had vision problems, balance problems, coordination problems, spilling things, etc. See your doctor and request an MRI to confirm or rule out a brain tumor.
