    Breastfeeding and exercise?

    Hi everyone,
    I just had my 3rd child 5 weeks ago and am 100% breastfeeding. I gained around 55 lbs with this pregnancy! I've already dropped 30 lbs naturally but there are still about 25 sitting there! Does anyone have advice/suggestions for exercise while breastfeeding? I'd like to start doing a workout DVD of some sort but am hesitant to do so in fear of losing my milk supply. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

    Try the 21 day fix! They cover all the food groups and the exercises are not very stressful on your body.
